WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders are dispatched within 4 working days of purchase unless it is a preorder.
From dispatch,delivery may take up to 4 working days for those within the UK and 10 working days for those outside the UK.
Express delivery is also available at an additional cost. Please email for more info.
As we ship with Royal Mail, we would like to inform you that this information is simply a guideline and they have the right to take up to 21 days to deliver! We cannot raise a complaint or get in touch with them until after this period.
Our delivery times do not include the time parcels are held in customs.
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
As soon as your order is received, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Returns are accepted if they are returned within 7 working days of receiving the item. All items must be returned with the original packaging undamaged.
You must contact us via email as soon as possible and a member of the team will forward the return address.
Refunds are at the discretion of GoldGetter ONLY.
All UK/ International customers MUST return the items within 7 working days of receiving it or a refund will NOT be issued.
Return costs are covered by the customer.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN MY ITEM IS DELIVERED?
WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT 'NOT AT HOME' CARDS ARE NOT BEING LEFT SO WE ADVISE ALL CUSTOMERS TO KEEP AN EYE ON THEIR PARCEL USING THE TRACKING INFORMATION PROVIDED, PLEASE DO "NOT" DEPEND ON THE CARD. IF YOU DO MISS IT, THE TRACKING INFORMATION WILL TELL YOU WHERE IT IS BEING HELD. CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE IMMEDIATELY AND PROVIDE THEM WITH THE TRACKING INFO.
If you do not collect your item in time and it gets sent back to us, you with be charged the full postage price in order for us to send it back to you.
CAN I ONLY PAY WITH PAYPAL?
No, we accept all major credit & debit cards too.
HOW DO I CONVERT CURRENCY?
Please note that POUNDS (£), DOLLARS ($) & EUROS(€) are not the same currency. They all hold different values and can easily be converted using the site listed above.
Please do not order unless you know exactly how much you are spending as we have had a few cases of cancellations due to customers not understanding how currency conversions work. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
I NEED TO ADJUST/CANCEL MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?
Please contact us immediately (within 1 hour) and we will help you with your issue. Amendments after an hour will not be adjusted unless we approve.

WHERE IS MY TRACKING INFORMATION?
Kindly wait 48 hours after the "dispatch email" to contact us for your tracking info if we have not sent it yet. UK customers are only given tracking info when requested.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 72 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. GoldGetter cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
